שימוש במידע

PaceVest אינה ברוקר, אינה מבצעת פעולות השקעה ואינה מספקת ייעוץ השקעות אישי. חישובים, תחזיות ותזכורות הם כלי עזר המבוססים על הנתונים וההנחות שהזנת; הם אינם מבטיחים תשואה או תוצאה. עליך לבדוק את הנתונים ולקבל החלטות פיננסיות בעצמך או בעזרת בעל מקצוע מורשה.

חשבון, נתונים ותזכורות

עליך לספק מידע מדויק כאשר את/ה משתמש/ת בחשבון. את/ה אחראי/ת לבחירת המידע שיסונכרן ולשמירת גישה מאובטחת למכשיר ולחשבון. תזכורות WhatsApp, אם יהיו זמינות, נשלחות רק לאחר הפעלה והסכמה כנדרש באפליקציה; אפשר להפסיקן. השימוש במידע מפורט במדיניות הפרטיות, ואפשר למחוק את החשבון.

רכישות

תכונות בתשלום, אם יוצעו, נמכרות דרך חנות האפליקציות המתאימה. המחיר, תקופת החיוב, חידוש המינוי וביטולו מוצגים בחנות לפני אישור הרכישה. ניהול או ביטול מינוי מתבצעים בהגדרות החנות. התכונות החינמיות נשארות זמינות לפי תיאורן באפליקציה.

זמינות ועדכונים

אנו פועלים לשמירה על שירות אמין, אך סנכרון, גיבוי, מסירת הודעות וזמינות שירותי צד שלישי עשויים להשתנות או להיפסק. ניתן לפנות אל support@pacevest.app בנושא תקלה או תנאים אלה. נעדכן את התאריך בראש העמוד כאשר התנאים משתנים.

PaceVest is not a broker, does not execute investments, and does not provide personal investment advice. Calculations, projections, and reminders are aids based on the data and assumptions you enter; they do not guarantee returns or outcomes. Check the information and make financial decisions yourself or with a licensed professional.

Accounts, data, and reminders

Provide accurate information when using an account. You are responsible for the data you choose to sync and for keeping your device and account secure. WhatsApp reminders, if available, are sent only after the activation and consent steps in the app, and can be stopped. Our privacy policy explains data handling, and you can delete your account.

Purchases

Paid features, if offered, are sold through the relevant app store. The store shows the price, billing period, renewal, and cancellation terms before you confirm a purchase. Manage or cancel subscriptions in your store settings. Free features remain available as described in the app.

Availability and updates

We work to provide a reliable service, but sync, backup, message delivery, and third-party services can change or be unavailable. Contact support@pacevest.app about issues or these terms. We update the date above when the terms change.
