המידע שאנו מעבדים
- אפשר להשתמש באפליקציה ללא חשבון. תוכניות, יעדים, סכומים ורישומים נשמרים אז במכשיר בלבד. תזכורות מקומיות משתמשות בהרשאת ההתראות אם בחרת להפעיל אותן.
- אם יוצרים חשבון, נשמרים בשרת כתובת האימייל ופרטי התחברות, ונתוני התוכניות שבחרת לסנכרן: יעדים, סכומים, מועדים, השקעות שתוכננו ושנרשמו, תרחישים והגדרות הקשורות לתוכנית. גיבויי ענן נוצרים עבור חשבונות זכאים.
- אם משתמשים בכניסה באמצעות Google או Apple, אנו מקבלים מזהה חשבון מאותו ספק ולעיתים כתובת אימייל מאומתת. קודי כניסה נשלחים באימייל באמצעות Resend.
- אם רוכשים מינוי או מוצר, חנות Google Play או Apple ו־RevenueCat מעבדים את העסקה. אנו מקבלים מזהה חשבון, מצב זכאות ואירועי רכישה הדרושים להפעלת התכונות; איננו מקבלים מספר כרטיס אשראי.
- אם תזכורות WhatsApp יופעלו ותבחרו להשתמש בהן, אנו נשמור את מספר הטלפון שלך, ואת השם והמספר של שותף תזכורת שהזמנת. מספרים ושמות אלה מוצפנים בשרת. השותף מצטרף רק לאחר אישורו; רמת המידע שישותף עמו נקבעת באפליקציה ובהסכמתו. Kapso ו־Meta/WhatsApp מעבדים לצורך השירות את מספרי הנמענים, תוכן ההודעות, התשובות ונתוני המסירה. הודעות עשויות לכלול שם, מועד וסכום בהתאם לרמת השיתוף שנבחרה, וכן קוד אימות למספר שלך. הנתונים עשויים להיות מעובדים מחוץ לישראל. בפרויקט Kapso כיבינו שימוש בתוכן לשיפור מודלים ומוצרים ותמלול אודיו.
- האתר וה־API עשויים לרשום פרטי בקשה טכניים, כגון כתובת IP, זמן הבקשה ושגיאות, לצורכי אבטחה ותפעול. איננו משתמשים בספק פרסום.
מדידת שימוש לבחירתכם
מדידת השימוש כבויה כברירת מחדל. אם תפעילו ״עזרו לנו לשפר את PaceVest״ במהלך ההיכרות או בהגדרות, PostHog באזור אירופה יקבל אירועי שימוש מוגדרים, שמות מסכים כלליים, גרסת אפליקציה, מערכת הפעלה, השפה שבחרתם ומזהה התקנה אקראי. לא נשלחים אליו סכומי השקעה, שמות יעדים, אימיילים, מספרי טלפון, קודי כניסה, מזהי חשבון או הקלטות מסכים. המזהה אינו מקושר לחשבון PaceVest; אין יצירת פרופילי פרסום או העשרת מיקום. כתובת IP נחשפת לספק לצורך העברת הבקשה, אך הגדרת הפרויקט מורה להסיר אותה מהאירועים.
אפשר לבטל את ההסכמה בהגדרות. הביטול מפסיק איסוף, מוחק אירועים שטרם נשלחו ואת המזהה המקומי; הוא אינו מוחק אוטומטית אירועים שכבר התקבלו אצל PostHog. במסלול החינמי תקופת שמירת הנתונים היא שנה. לבקשת מחיקה, שמרו את מזהה מדידת השימוש המוצג בהגדרות ושלחו אותו לתמיכה. העדפת ההסכמה והמזהה נשמרים בנפרד מתוכניות ההשקעה.
מטרה, שיתוף ואבטחה
אנו משתמשים במידע כדי להפעיל את האפליקציה, כניסה לחשבון, סנכרון, גיבוי, מינוי ותזכורות שביקשת, ולמנוע שימוש לרעה. מידע מועבר לספקים המנויים לעיל רק לצורך השירות הרלוונטי. חיבורי האתר וה־API מוצפנים ב־HTTPS; מספרי טלפון של תזכורות מוצפנים גם באחסון השרת. אנו לא מוכרים מידע אישי.
שמירה ומחיקה
אפשר למחוק חשבון דרך הגדרות ← חשבון וסנכרון באפליקציה, או לפנות לכתובת התמיכה. המחיקה מסירה את החשבון, נתוני הסנכרון וגיבויי הענן ממסד הנתונים הפעיל; נתונים מקומיים בטלפון נשארים עד שמוחקים אותם בנפרד. גיבויי תשתית מוצפנים נשמרים במחזור של עד 14 עותקים ליליים, ולכן נתונים שנמחקו עשויים להישאר בהם עד החלפת העותקים. לאחר פקיעת זכאות לסנכרון, נתוני הענן והגיבויים עשויים להימחק לאחר 90 ימים; החשבון עצמו נשאר. אפשר להפסיק תזכורות WhatsApp ולהסיר שותף מתוך האפליקציה. הוראות למחיקת חשבון ונתונים.
היסטוריית WhatsApp ב־Kapso נשמרת כעת ללא מחיקה אוטומטית בתוכנית החינמית. הפסקת תזכורות או מחיקת חשבון PaceVest אינן מוחקות אוטומטית את היסטוריית ההודעות אצל Kapso או עותקים אצל נמענים. לבקשת מחיקת היסטוריה אצל הספק, פנו לתמיכה וציינו את המספר שבו התקבלו ההודעות; נטפל בבקשה גם מול Kapso בהתאם להסכם עיבוד הנתונים. אין צורך לשלוח קודי אימות או פרטי חשבון פיננסי.

Privacy policy

Data we process
- You can use the app without an account. Plans, goals, amounts, and records then stay on your device. Local reminders use notification permission if you enable them.
- If you create an account, we store your email, sign-in information, and plan data you choose to sync on our server: goals, amounts, schedules, planned and recorded investments, scenarios, and related settings. Eligible accounts can create cloud backups.
- If you use Google or Apple sign-in, we receive an account identifier and sometimes a verified email from that provider. Resend delivers email sign-in codes.
- For purchases, Google Play or Apple and RevenueCat process the transaction. We receive an account ID, entitlement status, and purchase events needed to enable features. We do not receive your card number.
- If WhatsApp reminders become available and you opt in, we store your phone number and an invited reminder partner’s name and number encrypted on our server. The partner joins only after agreeing; the information shared follows the level selected in the app and accepted by the partner. Kapso and Meta/WhatsApp process recipient numbers, message content, replies, and delivery metadata to provide this service. Messages may include a name, date, and amount according to the selected sharing level, or a verification code for your number. Processing may occur outside Israel. We disabled content use for model/product improvement and audio transcription in our Kapso project.
- The website and API may log technical request details such as IP address, time, and errors for security and operations. We do not use an advertising provider.
Optional usage analytics
Usage analytics is off by default. If you enable “Help improve PaceVest” in onboarding or Settings, PostHog (EU Cloud) receives predefined usage events, generic screen names, app version, platform, selected language and a randomly generated installation identifier. We do not send financial amounts, goal names, email addresses, phone numbers, sign-in codes, account IDs or screen recordings to PostHog. We do not link this identifier to your PaceVest account, create advertising profiles or enable location enrichment. Network requests necessarily expose an IP address to the service for delivery.
You can withdraw consent in Settings. This stops collection, discards unsent events and removes the local analytics identifier; it does not automatically delete events already received by PostHog. The free service has a one-year data retention period. For deletion requests, save the analytics reference shown in Settings and send it to support. These optional analytics identifiers and your consent preference are stored separately from your investment plans.
Purpose, sharing, and security
We use data to provide the app, account access, sync, backup, purchases, and reminders you request, and to prevent abuse. Data goes to the providers named above only for the relevant service. The site and API use HTTPS; reminder phone numbers are also encrypted at rest on our server. We do not sell personal data.
Retention and deletion
Delete your account in Settings → Account & sync, or contact support. This removes the account, synced data, and cloud snapshots from the active database. Data stored locally on your phone remains until separately deleted. Encrypted infrastructure backups rotate through up to 14 nightly copies, so deleted data may remain in them until those copies are replaced. After a sync entitlement lapses, cloud data and snapshots may be purged after 90 days; the account remains. Kapso currently retains WhatsApp history without automatic deletion on its free plan. Stopping reminders or deleting a PaceVest account does not automatically delete Kapso history or recipients’ copies. To request deletion of provider history, contact support with the number that received the messages; we also handle the request with Kapso under its Data Processing Addendum. Do not send verification codes or financial account credentials.
