מחיקת חשבון ונתונים

  1. פותחים את PaceVest ומתחברים לחשבון שרוצים למחוק.
  2. נכנסים אל הגדרות ← חשבון וסנכרון ← מחיקת חשבון. ייתכן שתידרש התחברות חוזרת לאימות.
  3. מאשרים את המחיקה באפליקציה. החשבון, נתוני הסנכרון, גיבויי הענן ונתוני התזכורות המשויכים אליו נמחקים ממסד הנתונים הפעיל.

אם אין גישה לאפליקציה, שלחו בקשת מחיקה אל support@pacevest.app מהכתובת המשויכת לחשבון. נבקש אימות בעלות לפני המחיקה.

הנתונים המקומיים בטלפון לא נמחקים במחיקת חשבון: אפשר למחוק אותם דרך הגדרות האפליקציה או באמצעות הסרת האפליקציה. גיבויי תשתית מוצפנים מתחלפים במחזור של עד 14 עותקים ליליים. ראו את מדיניות הפרטיות לפרטים.

מחיקת נתונים בלי מחיקת החשבון

אפשר למחוק רישומים ותוכניות בודדים מתוך האפליקציה; אם החשבון מסונכרן, המחיקה תסתנכרן גם לשרת. אפשר להסיר מספר WhatsApp או שותף תזכורת במסכי התזכורות. ״איפוס אפליקציה״ בהגדרות מוחק את הנתונים מהמכשיר בלבד ומתנתק מהחשבון; הוא אינו מוחק את נתוני הענן. גיבויי ענן ישנים עשויים עדיין להכיל נתונים שנמחקו עד שיתחלפו. לבקשה למחיקת מידע מסוים, אפשר לפנות לכתובת התמיכה.

Delete your account and data

  1. Open PaceVest and sign in to the account you want to delete.
  2. Go to Settings → Account & sync → Delete account. You may need to sign in again to verify your identity.
  3. Confirm in the app. The account, synced data, cloud snapshots, and associated reminder data are deleted from the active database.

If you cannot access the app, email support@pacevest.app from the account address. We will verify ownership before deleting it.

Account deletion leaves local data on your phone. Delete it through the app’s settings or remove the app. Encrypted infrastructure backups rotate through up to 14 nightly copies. See the privacy policy.

Delete data without deleting your account

Delete individual records and plans in the app; if your account is syncing, those deletions sync to the server. Remove a WhatsApp number or reminder partner in the reminder screens. “Reset app” in Settings deletes data on this device and signs out; it does not delete cloud data. Older cloud snapshots may still contain deleted items until they rotate out. To request deletion of specific data, contact support.
